Legislata Team provides

  • Message logging. This allows you to log all non-email messages, both incoming and outgoing, and associate it with a contact, bill, position, issue, and topic. All messages are synced to your office, so one person logging a message means everyone sees it without any added effort.

  • Task management. Create a task. Associate it with a bill/issue/topic. Assign it to someone in your office. Track it as it advances.

  • Contact database. Like any CRM, you can have a directory of everyone who has interacted with your office. You can tag these people, like “Liaison at Unemployment Office” or “Local Party Chair” so that all staff know who is who.

With Legislata PRO you also get:

  • Web-based email client. This is like Outlook or Gmail, but we have built added functionality useful to politics. This includes automatic saving of contacts and the ability to tag contacts from the Inbox view screen. It also lets you create a task from an email and log the email as pertaining to a bill, a position on a bill, an issue, or a topic – all from your inbox.

  • Templates and automated workflows. We’re really excited about these. If there is a set of repetitive tasks that you always do in a situation, you can create a workflow for it. Instead of logging an email as related to unemployment insurance, forwarding it to the liaison at the unemployment office, creating a task for it, and replying to the constituent, you can do those four steps in one click.
